As a full-time bike commuter riding in all conditions, a good quality winter glove is a critical component of my riding kit.

I have been using the POC Softshell glove for two seasons and while it has been excellent in most conditions, it was never designed to provide complete protection during the coldest of winter rides. The new POC Thermal glove does just that.

"After two weeks of short commutes in near-freezing conditions the Thermal glove is proving to be very effective, the gloves are starting to wear in nicely and becoming more supple but have not stretched or loosened."

The POC Thermal glove is relatively lightweight with minimal bulk ensuring really good contact with the handlebar and controls yet the increased level of insulation provides excellent warmth & comfort. Breathability is good, avoiding sweaty palms and increasing overall comfort.

The touch screen compatible patches on the index finger & thumb work well, as do the reflective panels on the outside of each hand which is nicely integrated into the glove design and provides that extra element of safety when riding on the road at night.
