ENVE - SES AERO V2 ONE-PIECE ROAD BAR - IN-ROUTE

Introduced in 2016, the SES Aero Road Bar was ahead of its time. Understanding that the rider's body accounts for the majority of the drag in the aero system of bicycle and rider, we aimed to develop a handlebar that helped reduce the rider's frontal area – reducing drag. This is real world fast.

Completely redesigned during the Melee V2 project, the new Aero V2 bar sets a new benchmark for aerodynamic performance without sacrificing comfort.

RACE BAR TAPE

Designed to be used with the Aero V2 bar and Aergonomic comfort pads, our Aero Race Tape uses a 1.2mm thick, velvet-touch microfiber construction. Its minimalist construction decreass wind exposure and reduces drag, while preserving comfort where it counts.

AERGONOMICS EXPLAINED

• Airfoil design for reduced drag
• Optional shaped pads allow for further drag reduction by increasing the cross section of the drops
• When pads are used, they are designed to dampen vibration, enhancing comfort
• New drop shape takes inspiration from the proven SES AR Bar

SYSTEM COMPATIBILITY

This bar will seamlessly integrate with ENVE's frame models and some custom built frames whose builders have chosen ENVE's IN-Route System as their preferred method for hidden routing.

The IN-Route System runs the wires/cables and brake hoses through the bar/stem and down the front of the steerer-tube, and then into the fork and frame. If your non-ENVE, non-custom bike is routed in a similar manner, you may be able to utilize the SES Aero Pro One-Piece. Modifications to the customer's headset components may be required and will likely void the warranty.
