Where the clear EVO series introduced wet-installation film technology, NEO builds directly upon DYEDBRO’s iconic heritage: combining signature visual graphic styles with an ultra-thin, high-flexibility vinyl formulation designed to conform seamlessly to complex frame shapes when heat-applied. Printed using eco-friendly water-based inks and sealed with a premium 100-micron protective laminate, the new series offers a low-profile install with long-lasting defense against trail debris, gravel spray, and UV exposure.

WHAT'S INCLUDED
The NEO MTB/E-Bike kit is designed with extra coverage for the larger down tubes and complex rear triangles of modern trail, enduro, and electric bikes. It provides a heavy-duty shield against rock strikes and high-speed debris.

DYEDBRO NEO INSTALLATION

Applying DYEDBRO protectors is a process that typically takes 45 minutes to an hour at most. Take your time and be patient.

1. Before installation, first thoroughly clean the bicycle frame using a mixture of 50% alcohol and 50% water (some paint finishes can be damaged by 100% alcohol)
2. Wet your fingers when handling the protector to avoid leaving fingerprints on the material.
3. Peel off the backing and place the protector piece onto the frame. Once in position run your finger down the center to press it in place. The protector can be lifted a couple of times before commiting to make sure it is in the correct position.
4. Once the position is locked in, continue pressing the vinyl down firmly with your fingers. Work your way from the center outward to the edges, pushing out the bulk of the air bubbles and excess water.
5. When applying the protector around the frame edges, make sure there is enough material to wrap fully and secure underneath the tube. If the vinyl is applied directly to a sharp edge without wrapping past it, it will create tension and eventually begin to lift over time.
6. Once the piece is positioned and wrapped, grab the included scraper. Starting from the center and working outward, use firm, sweeping strokes to squeegee out any remaining trapped water and microbubbles.
7. To finalize the bond, apply a small amount of heat using a hairdryer or heat gun to help the edges conform and dry.

PLEASE NOTE
Certain paint finishes, notably fluoro tones, can be prone to fading over time and areas covered by the frame protection may age differently to exposed paintwork.
